The physiocondition program is tailor-made for those who would like to return to active movement, but will, at least initially, welcome the help of an expert after a long period of ‘doing nothing’. Our physiotherapists will examine you and help you draw up an exercise plan according to your ideas.

  • Comprehensive motion diagnostics - detailed kinesiological analysis, Moover measuring the range of motion, posturography
  • Functional training plan with a physiotherapist - 5 or 10 lessons prepared according to the client’s preferences
