For the last 30 years, he has been a surgical orthopedic specialist with focus on musculoskeletal system mainly upper and lower limb joints. Apart from his ambulatory clinical practice at Prague 6, he works at the orthopedic traumatology at regional hospital at Kladno and at the arthroscopic clinic at Beroun hospital.
