The baby's foot develops until the fifth, often sixth year of life. So there is no need to jump to conclusions when you see your three-year-old on his toes or has "collapsed" ankles. From the age of 6, it is necessary to stretch Achilles tendons, especially for children who are used to a lot of sports. The need to stretch Achilles tendons accompanies your child throughout childhood, adolescence and, in fact, adulthood. If you make this stretching the same ritual as brushing your teeth, you can significantly prevent leg pain.
